After almost three days at home, we had to make a trip for some necessities, which in my family's case means groceries and Starbucks. We also went to Sports Authority to get a new glove, but because they didn't have the one I wanted, we instead got some A&M gear. Now that I'm thinking about it, I guess this trip said a lot about Genie and I's priorities.. For documentational purposes, the roads were crazy to drive on, and I now understand the concept of black ice. Another occurance of the day: watched Dear John on Netflix and had a two-fold response: dissatisfied with the plot, but quite satisfied with the postal system. Mail is the best.
Addendum: So awesome that they still deliver mail in this weather!
